James Kelly, a proud Memphis, TN native, established the Kelly Green Restaurant Group (KGR Group) in 2006 after a successful career with renowned organizations such as FedEx, International Paper and ServiceMaster. The KGR Group strategically invested in multiple quick-service storefronts, including Lenny's Grill & Subs and Wimpy's Burgers & Fries and also launched notable establishments such as Runway 901 Bar, Stage Left Bar & Grill and Ramblin' Joe's Coffee at Memphis International Airport. Now operating as the Kelly-Cook Hospitality group (KelCo Group), the combined operations have employed a dedicated team of 100+ employee's. Recognized for exceptional growth and service, the Kelly-Cook Hospitality group holds DBE and WBE certifications, with James actively involved in community sponsorships, Manna Outreach's food program, and leadership roles in organizations like Leadership Memphis and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. James's achievements have been acknowledged through honors such as the Memphis Business Journal's "Top 40 under 40" and features in The Commercial Appeal and the Memphis Business Journal.

James Cook, graduate of Florida State University, has always had a passion for the performing arts. He has been in over two dozen films, TV shows and theater production. James is not only a director, actor, and entrepreneur that believes in quality over quantity; he is also an operating partner of the Kelly-Cook Hospitality group, a concessionaire with concepts in the Memphis International Airport. He has over 16 years of airport operations experience and has been responsible for some of your favorite Memphis Airport restaurants such as Lenny’s Grill & Subs, Stage Left Bar & Grill and Ramblin’ Joe’s Coffee. He was directly responsible for the creation of the concept "Stage Left" that just opened in the newly renovated terminal, as a dedication to Memphis talent. Founder of Haven Representation LLC, James was successful in launching his brand, Nubian Design, in 2020 as a pivot during the pandemic. Although it shares the name of his barber & beauty salon in Whitehaven, Nubian Design was created to empower the community by reminding them that all things are possible. Lenny's Grill & Subs, founded in 1998 in Bartlett, Tennessee, began franchising in 2001, driving regional growth. Known for robust flavors, this esteemed deli offers freshly baked breads, premium meats sliced to order, and signature items like the “World Class Cheesesteak.” Lenny’s also features breakfast sandwiches, salads, and soft drinks.
